Hayes 14 Inch Diameter Flywheel Coupler (part number 123433) for a 1-1/2 Inch 13 Spline input shaft. It is recommended for applications with up to 250 HP. Please see the Hayes Manufacturing Specification Drawing on their website for more information. It is has been opened for inspection and to take the pictures.
