To be 100% honest I did not find the description for this item by something stamped into the clutch. What I did was take the measurements and photos and start comparing and searching. This friction/overrun clutch was an exact match to everything. I do not know the MFG as that is not stamped on it (from what I can see). It is guaranteed to be in perfect working condition.
