This is a used 1 3/8″ 1000 RPM Female 21 spline TO 1 3/8″ 540 RPM Male 6 spline PTO Adapter. Most likely “Hub City” but not marked. Minimal use on small acreage farm for tile repair. Splines are in excellent shape with very minimal to no wear. Set screw moves freely. See pictures for more detail.
