Hello, you are looking at a Caterpillar Cat 5P8690 Cam Follower Fixture Group 5P8691 Magnetic Spline Socket. Used on 5.4 bore engines 4 & 6 cylinder and 90 degree v8 to remove and install the valve adjuster gear. Has owner markings on it. It has been used but is in decent shape.
